1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. 2. SERVICES OVERVIEW
M&M Landscape provides landscaping and property improvement services, including but not limited to lawn maintenance, landscape design and installation, seasonal cleanups, irrigation services, outdoor improvements, and asphalt installation and repair.

These messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, scheduling notifications, landscaping tips, promotional content, and general service-related communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
By using our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, to use the Site and services only for lawful purposes, and not to engage in any conduct that may harm the Company, its services, or other users.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content, including but not limited to source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, photographs, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to M&M Landscape and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
